We cook Colombian food the way it's cooked in Colombia, without adjusting it for anyone.

That means tripe in the mondongo, guascas in the ajiaco, panela on the side of the mazamorra, and arepas that come thin. Most of our regulars are Colombian families who grew up on these plates; the rest are people they brought along. Both locations run the same recipes.
