    What We’re Known For

    The Mondongo

The tripe soup we took our name from — simmered for hours and served with rice, avocado, lime and arepa.

    Bandeja Paisa

Beans, rice, chicharrón, chorizo, ground beef, sweet plantain, arepa, avocado and a fried egg on one platter.

    Jugos Naturales

Mora, lulo, maracuyá and guanábana blended to order in water or milk, the way they are poured in Colombia.

    Nuestra Casa

    Colombian Cooking, Unadjusted

We cook the food of Antioquia and the rest of Colombia the way it is cooked there — tripe in the mondongo, guascas in the ajiaco, panela beside the mazamorra. Most of our regulars grew up on these plates. The rest are the people they brought along.
